its inaugural "Global Parent Community Cohort", a six-month online
learning experience that will help parents understand more deeply the
potentials and pitfalls of online social networks and also show them
how to jumpstart their own learning with 21st Century tools. Cohorts
will be made up of 100 parents from around the world, and they will
have the opportunity to participate in 10 live webinars on a variety of
topics from "Facebook for Parents,” “Managing Your Online Reputation,”
and “New Learning Opportunities,” as well as be a part of a PLP led
community for ongoing discussions regarding the challenges and
opportunities of social learning tools for parents. PLP's team of
experts and thought leaders will support every aspect of the community.
Individual parents may join this cohort for $195 for the seven months.
